Technical

What is dedicated CPU?

It is the CPU physical core and thread that exclusively dedicated to your server instance. You can fully use it 100% without being disturbed by noisy neighbours.

We guarantee the allocated CPU core/thread is not shared with any other instances. But since it is in a virtualized environment, sometimes it may be used randomly by the node hypervisor tasks like firewall and backup which is very minimal usage.

Every physical core has 2 virtual cores/threads. For example: If you order 2 physical core2, than you will get 4 virtual cores.


What storage do you use?

For primary disk, we use enterprise NVMe PCIE 4.0 disks in triple replication CEPH cluster.

For optional secondary disk, we use enterprise HDD disks in RAID 5.


What virtualization technology do you use?

We use KVM. Please refer to http://www.linux-kvm.org for more information.


What panel do you provide?

We develop our custom panel. You can manage your server including: start, stop, etc.

What operating system do you support?

We provide CentOS, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Debian, and Ubuntu templates. We also provide Microsoft Windows Server 2019 and 2022 evaluation version templates. We do not provide the Windows license, you have to buy Windows license by yourself from Microsoft or their partners.


Can I use my own ISO images?

Although technically this can be done, we intentionally do not provide this facility for ease of virtual server management.


Where are your servers?

Our servers are located at data center in Cyber Building, Jakarta, Indonesia, which is the current Indonesian internet center. It is on the 8th floor which has NEVER experienced a fire incident. It has Tier 3 and ISO 27001:2022 certification. We plan to expand to another data center in the future.


Do you backup your servers?

Yes, we perform daily backup and retain it for three days. But this is for our internal backup only. If bad thing happens within our side, we can restore it. You can not ask for a file from our internal backup. If you need backup file, you can manage your own backup with additional cost.

Can I share my server to my team?

Absolutely. You can share your server to your team or clients.


Can I add more IP to my server?

We are sorry, you can use your allocated IP address only at this moment.


Can I set reverse DNS?

Absolutely. You can set reverse DNS for your allocated IP.


Do you provide DNS Service?

We are sorry, we do not provide DNS service at this moment. You can deploy your own DNS server or use third party providers, such as cloudflare, dnsmadeeasy, etc.


Do you provide DDOS Protection?

Yes. Our network is DDoS protected by default, at no additional cost.


Why is my server getting slow network connection?

You may run out of data transfer quota. You can add the quota as add-on service with additional cost.

You may also be detected abusing our network. If our system detected a network abuse, it will automatically push the IP into our "quarantine room" where its bandwidth allocation will be lowered or totally dropped.

What parameters do you use to determine network abuse?

We chose not to publicly disclose the parameters. But if you use network fairly, you can be sure your IP is not pushed into quarantine room.


When you reset monthly data transfer usage?

We reset every month based on server activation time. For example, if you deploy server on January 05, then we will reset data transfer usage on February 06, March 06, and so on.


Do you provide looking glass to test your connection?

Do you block certain ports?

By default, we open all ports. But we will block certain port if we find abuse such as sending SPAM and attack.

Billing

What do you mean with secondly billing?

We meassure your server usage in second unit. When you cancel a server in before the end of the contract, we will convert the remaining active time in seconds into amount which will be credited back into your balance.


How do you define the billing cycle period?

We define a month is not always 30 days and a year is not always 365 days. But we follows the date and time.

For example:

  • A monthly cycle from 2023-02-12 09:10:36 will end on 2023-03-12 09:10:36 (28 days).
  • A monthly cycle from 2023-03-12 09:10:36 will end on 2023-04-12 09:10:36 (31 days).
  • A monthly cycle from 2023-01-31 09:10:36 will end on 2023-02-28 09:10:36 (29 days). It is supposed to end on 2023-02-31 09:10:36, but since there is no 31th day in February 2023, we use the largest day in the month.

What payment method do you accept?

for payment in USD: Bitcoin and Paypal. For payment in IDR: bank transfer, virtual account, and credit card provided by Xendit payment gateway.

SPECIAL NOTE: Paypal payment is disabled by default for newly registered account. Paypal payment will enabled automatically when you have paid invoice(s) within four months.


Can I withdraw some money from my balance?

Yes, but it can be done manually. Just drop us message if you really want to.

SPECIAL NOTE: If you do Paypal chargeback without coordinating with us, your account will be banned.


Can I transfer my balance to another user?

We apologize you can not transfer your balance to another user at this moment.

Do you offer trial servers?

Sorry, no.


Can I request for refund?

We will credit the remaining amount back to your account balance if you cancel the server instance before the end of contract period.


Do you offer discount?

Yes, but only in special moments.


My server is suspended or turned off, why is it still charged?

Although your server is suspended or turned off, it continues to reserve resources in our infrastructure. You can delete the server if you want it to be completely free of charge.


Can I cancel the server anytime?

Yes. You can cancel the server immediately or schedule to cancel until the end of the billing cycle.


What if I cancel a server before the end of billing cycle?

We will convert the remaining active time and credit it back to your balance.

When do you issue an invoice?

(1) When you order a server or add-on, (2) A week before billing cycle of a server ends, (3) When you upgrade your server, and (4) When you want to add/topup fund into your balance.


What happens to my server if I do not pay the invoice?

If you do not pay the invoice until the due date, your server will be suspended for a week. If you still do not pay after a week of due date, the invoice will be canceled and the server will be deleted permanently.


Can I cancel an invoice?

You can cancel an invoice. The related services will be canceled.


Can I upgrade a server instance?

Yes.


Can I downgrade a server instance?

No. But you can deploy a new intance with lower package and migrate your data to it, then cancel you existing server instance.

Legal

Can I use my server for my own specific activities?

Yes, as long as you don't disturb our service, and allowed by regulations of Indonesia. If we receive any valid complaints about illegal activity, we will terminate your account with or without notice.

Can I use my server to send marketing email?

Yes, but at fair level. If our IP is blocked as SPAM because of your activity, we will suspend or terminate your account with or without notice.

May I use any softwares inside my server?

Absoutely. But if we receive any valid complaints about illegal software you use, we will terminate your server with or without notice. So please honor software makers and pay attention with regulations of Indonesia.
